Do you apply any service fees to my transactions?: No, we don't gamble with your coins. You will receive the same amount, minus a small network fee, for a fast priority transaction.
I need a two wallets, how to manage?: When you need an additional wallet, the only option is to create a new account.
What type of wallet will I have?: A standard deterministic wallet.
What kind of adressess will I have?": Bech32 or Segwit Addresses Format (bc1...).
How fast will I get my coins?: Our system automatically sends your coins as soon as the transaction receives at least two confirmations.
Do I need to provide some paperwork or ID's?: No, we are not a payment processor or a fintech company in any way. We have provided you with a hosting solution that can effectively manage your cryptocurrency transactions.
Can I get my seed phrase?: Our system operates a bit differently, so you can't.
Can I convert my coins to traditional currency and withdraw to my bank account or debit/credit card?: No, you can't.
Do you offer Ethereum, Tron, Tether, etc.?: No, we don't. We only provide solutions for Bitcoin.
Can I restore my legacy service?: Without any chance!
Is your service safe enough?: We are not holding your coins. Once the transaction is confirmed, it will be immediately forwarded to you without any need for you to request it.
